Day 1: Arrival Hanoi (-,-,D)
On arrival at Hanoi 's Noi Bai International airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to your hotel in town.
Welcome dinner included .
Day 2: Hanoi (B,L-)
The colonial capital city Hanoi is a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental pagodas and temples date back thousand years ago.
This full day tour takes you around Hanoi's most interesting sights, including the Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and his Stilts House, Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda nearby, and the Old Quarter also known as the 36 streets and guilds. Also on the tour - the Lake of the Restored Sword and Ngoc Son Temple, the Temple of Literature, peaceful West Lake with lovers street Thanh Nien, the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda and Quan Thanh Temple and one of the city's museums, either the History Museum or the Ethnology Museum.
In the evening enjoy a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show.
Day 3: Hanoi-Halong – Cat Ba Island (B,L-)
8:30 am pick up at your hotel we drive through the Red River Delta to Ha Long City.
Upon arriving in Halong City we transfer to our boat for a cruise of the crystalline emerald waters of Halong Bay , giving us the chance to take in the stunning scenery of this World Heritage Site.
While on board we will have a sumptuous fresh, local seafood lunch followed by a swim (in the summer only) and the opportunity to explore the most beautiful limestone cave Sung Sot (Surprises Grottoes)
Our final destination of today is Cat Ba island. Check in hotel and dinner at local seaside restaurant.
Day 4: Cat Ba Island- Haiphong city – Hanoi (B,L,-)
Breakfast in hotel we have whole morning to hide in the Cat Ba National Park to explore the fauna and flora of the rainforest.
Afternoon we will be boarding a local ferry for our trip to the port city of Hai Phong . Here we transfer to our vehicle for a 2-hour journey back to Hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi free day, night train to Hue (B,-,-)
Following breakfast is your free time in colonial Hanoi.
This evening we board the Reunification Express S1 at 21:00 for an overnight train journey is the ancient imperial capital of Hue , approximately 10 hours away.
Day 6: Ancient Capital Hue (B,L-)
Arrival in Hue this morning is scheduled for around 7.30 with a transfer directly to our hotel. This afternoon we embark on a tour of Hue City including the Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City , the Imperial Museum and the Dong Ba market.
You should taste the finest cuisine of Hue in the Tropical Garden Restaurant.
Day 7: Hue – Ancient town Hoian (B,L,-)
Rising up in the ancient land, breakfast in hotel, we board on a private boat for cruising romantic Perfume River . This time we head out for the countryside. Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded with ancient tombs of emperors past, and a visit to some of these tombs will be on the itinerary for today.
The charming Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda) will be the first stop of the day. Setting in the converge of rivers, and gives you a great view on the Perfume River and surrounding area. Thien Mu Pagoda which is considered the unofficial symbol of Hue , and Buddhism Centre in Centre Vietnam.
From here we will cruise further to the ornate Minh Mang's tomb. We will enjoy lunch on boat before getting out the Dragon boat.
Leave the world Heritage Hue to Hoian, We will travel over the Hai Van pass, stop in Danang for a visit to Cham Museum and handicraft villages on the foot of Marble Mountain before arriving in Hoian.
Once in Hoi An we will check into our hotel and have some free time to explore.
Day 8: Ancient town Hoian (B,-,-)
We enjoy a half day orientation tour of Hoian including the Chinese Assembly Halls, the Japanese Covered Bridge , Phuc Kien Pagoda and Tan Ky House. Following the tour there will be free time to shopping or relaxing.
Day 9: Hoian – Danang – Saigon (B,L-)
Leave Hoian we make the 60 minute drive from Hoi An to Danang Airport . From Danang we take the one-hour flight to Ho Chi Minh City , where we transfer directly to our centrally located hotel.
We embark on a city tour of Saigon including The Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, Remnant War Museum , Giac Lam Pagoda, China town with ancient pagodas and temples, and bustling Binh Tay Market.
Day 10: Saigon – Mekong Delta (B,L-)
7:00 we leave Saigon to lush My Tho where we take a private boat to through the green vegetation of the canals to an orchard, where we are treated to a delicious lunch in bonsai garden in the heart of Mekong, complete with tropical fruits. We also visit the snake farm Dong Tam that breeds snakes for, among other things, snake wine and enjoy a bonsai garden before heading back to Saigon .
Day 11: Cu Chi tunnels and Cao Dai Temples (B,L-)
8:00 am pick up at hotel, this morning we drive to Tay Ninh to observe the midday service. Following lunch we will drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels and then return to Saigon at around 6 pm.
Day 12: Saigon – Seam Reap- Angkor Thom (B,L,-)
Arriving at Seam Reap airport, greet and transfer to your hotel for check in. We start visiting Angkor Thom without delay. This will includes the South Gate , Bayon with 4 giants faces, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.
Day 13: Angkor Thom- Angkor Wat (B,L,-)
Following breakfast at hotel, we drive a 45 km to Bantaey Srei and Bantaey Kdei. In the afternoon we explore the magnificient Angkor Wat. From here We proceed to the summit Phnom Bakheng Temple to watch the memorable sunset over the Angkor Wat.
Day 14: Angkor Wat – Departure Seam Reap (B,L,-)
We enjoy a new day in this ancient land. Following breakfast we have 2 hour boat cruise on Tonle Sap Lake .
Afternoon free at leisure or additional Siem Reap sightseeing until transfer for departure flight to Saigon for your connecting flight.
