Opened in November 2004, the Windsor Plaza Hotel is Vietnam's newest deluxe hotel, shopping center, entertainment complex, and conference facility.

An Dong Plaza shopping center on the lower levels is comprised of hundreds of small shops, a supermarket, a games room and an outside beer garden.
